Safe Sports School Award

Congratulations to Nora Ann Pace, CHS athletic trainer, and her students for earning a Safe Sports School Award from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.  CHS’s certification as a Safe Sports School is good for three years, until 2021. Booker to Run With the Saints

Chaffins Headed to USC-Union

Zach Chaffins, a senior soccer player at CHS, signed to play for the USC-Union Bantams beginning in the fall.  Chaffins joins teammate Jack Snelgrove, who signed earlier this year to play for the Bantams.  Another Red Devil, Tania Contreras, will play soccer for the Lady Bantams. MacMillan to Play for Coker

Isaac MacMillan signed his National Letter of Intent to play tennis for the Coker College Cobras beginning next season.  MacMillan plays in the #1 spot for Coach Clovis Simmons at CHS.  He is an outstanding student, garnering one of the school’s Wendy’s High School Heisman selection his senior year.  A member of the Beta Club,
